FOX NEWS CHANNEL TO PRESENT ONE NATION HOSTED BY LAWRENCE JONES ON SUNDAY, JULY 26TH AT 10PM/ET

NEW YORK – July 22, 2020 – FOX News Channel (FNC) will air a one-hour primetime special entitled One Nation on Sunday, July 26th at 10PM/ET, hosted by FNC contributor and FOX Nation host Lawrence Jones. The program will examine the state of race relations in the United States from the perspectives of civil rights activists, law enforcement officials, religious leaders and network personalities. During the program, Jones will conduct interviews with rapper and activist Maj Toure, former social justice director for Bernie Sanders 2016 campaign Tezlyn Figaro and Pastor Dr. Tony Evans about the civil unrest which has recently sparked protests across the country. In addition, Jones will sit down for a panel discussion with The Five’s Juan Williams, FNC’s chief religion correspondent Lauren Green and former NFL player Benjamin Watson, for a conversation on what these issues mean to them personally as Black Americans. An extended director’s cut of the program will also be available on FOX Nation, the on demand subscription-based streaming service at 10PM/ET the same night.

Since joining the network in 2018, Jones has provided analysis and commentary across a number of FNC’s programs, including Hannity, Outnumbered and FOX & Friends. Known for his signature “man-on-the-street” segments on Hannity, Jones often travels around the country for an in depth look at current issues first hand. Most recently, Jones conducted an emotional interview with the family of Davell Gardner, Jr., the one-year-old child who was shot and killed by a stray bullet while asleep in his stroller at a cookout in Brooklyn, New York. Additionally, Jones spent several days in Chicago reporting on the city’s recent spike in gun violence, interviewing the family of Natalia Wallace, a seven year old girl who was killed in a drive-by shooting on the Fourth of July.

Jones serves as the host of the debate-style program Keeping Up with Jones on FOX Nation, FNC’s on demand subscription-based streaming service. This month, Jones also conducted an extensive interview for the platform with NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace from his home in North Carolina. The wide-ranging conversation spanned the start of his career in racing to his activism in the Black Lives Matter movement.
