FOX NEWS CHANNEL PRESENTS AMERICA’S ELECTION HQ: ELECTION NIGHT
Bret Baier and Megyn Kelly Co-Anchor Continuous Coverage
FOX News Channel (FNC) will provide live continuous coverage of election night, entitled America’s Election HQ, beginning at 6:00PM/ET on Tuesday, November 6th. Co-anchored by Special Report’s Bret Baier and America Live’s Megyn Kelly, the program will also feature analysis from FNC’s senior political analyst Brit Hume, FOX News Sunday host Chris Wallace, as well as contributors Joe Trippi, Juan Williams, Karl Rove, Kirsten Powers, and Stephen Hayes.
Also contributing to FNC’s election coverage will be Martha MacCallum who will report on the exit poll data and Bill Hemmer will break down the results on the electronic “Bill-board.” In addition, chief political correspondent Carl Cameron and senior national correspondent John Roberts will be live from the Romney campaign headquarters in Boston, Mass, while chief White House correspondent Ed Henry and senior White House correspondent Wendell Goler will be live from President Obama’s campaign headquarters in Chicago, Ill. FNC’s coverage will also simulcast from a position in Times Square in New York City.
FNC correspondents, who are reporting from the battleground states across the country, include: Alicia Acuna (Colorado), Shannon Bream (Iowa), Steve Brown (Ohio), Peter Doocy (Virginia), Mike Emanuel (Virginia), Steve Harrigan (Florida), Phil Keating (Florida), Molly Line (New Hampshire), Doug McKelway (Wisconsin), Dan Springer (Nevada) and Mike Tobin (Ohio). Also, correspondent Eric Shawn will report on voter fraud issues throughout the day and once the polls are closed in each race.
Bill O’Reilly, host of The O’Reilly Factor, and Greta Van Susteren, host of On the Record, will also be part of the special coverage commenting on results as they unfold. Van Susteren will interview FNC contributor and former Governor Sarah Palin during the course of the evening.
Additionally, FNC’s election coverage will feature a live webcast on foxnews.com from its New York headquarters starting at 8:00PM/ET. Co-anchored by FNC’s Jonathan Hunt and Harris Faulkner, the program will also include Happening Now’s Jenna Lee who will report on the social media response. FOX News Radio (FNR) will also provide live coverage beginning at 7PM/ET. FNR’s senior national correspondent Rich Johnson and political analyst Jeff Birnbaum will co-anchor the coverage along with FNC’s Heather Nauert who will be reporting on the race results. In addition, many of the FNR affiliates across the country will be covering the election as well as the congressional and gubernatorial contests.
