NATE FOY JOINS FOX NEWS CHANNEL AS NEW YORK BASED CORRESPONDENT

NEW YORK – February 10, 2022 — Nate Foy has joined FOX News Channel (FNC) as a New York-based correspondent. He will begin his new role this month.

Mr. Foy joins FNC from WBBH-TV (NBC) in Fort Myers, FL where he has worked since 2016, serving as a weekday and weekend news anchor. During his tenure, Mr. Foy covered major news events including Hurricane Irma, Hurricane Dorian, Super Bowl LII and LIV, as well as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently, he was a substitute anchor for primetime newscasts, while also anchoring 11 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM and 4 PM daily newscasts.

Previously, Mr. Foy served as sports anchor at WZVN-TV (ABC) in Fort Myers where he anchored and produced the 6 PM and 11 PM sportscasts. In this capacity, he reported on the Boston Red Sox spring training, Florida Gulf Coast University athletics, and NCAA basketball. Prior to joining WZVN, he was a sports director for KQTV (ABC) in St. Joseph, Missouri where he anchored and produced sportscasts as well as a weekly football program. Originally from Westborough, Massachusetts, Foy graduated from the University of Miami where he received a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
