NEW YORK – March 19, 2025— FOX News Channel’s Special Report with Bret Baier delivered 5.3 million viewers and 606,000 in the 25-54 demo during breaking news coverage of the NASA astronauts’ return to Earth via SpaceX capsule on Tuesday, March 18^th. Special Report peaked from 6:30-7 PM/ET with 5.6 million viewers and was up over 50% year-to-date with viewers. Special Report dominated the broadcast networks, which broke in for special coverage beginning at 5:50 PM/ET, leading CBS (2.9 million viewers), ABC (1.8 million viewers and NBC (1.1 million viewers). In primetime, FNC nabbed a whopping 3.9 million viewers and 519,000 in the 25-54 demo and in total day saw 2.2 million viewers and 278,000 in the 25-54 demo. Breaking news coverage on Special Report also beat broadcast primetime programs including CBS’ FBI: International (4.6 million viewers), ABC’s Will Trent (4.4 million viewers), CBS’ FBI: Most Wanted (4.3 million viewers) and ABC’s The Rookie (3.3 million viewers). Additionally, The Ingraham Angle, which featured an interview with President Trump at 7 PM/ET, secured 4.4 million viewers and 549,000 in the 25-54 demo and Hannity, which featured Elon Musk’s first reaction to the SpaceX landing at 9 PM/ET, saw 3.9 million viewers and 488,000 in the 25-54 demo.
