FOX BUSINESS NETWORK DELIVERS DOUBLE-DIGIT WINS OVER CNBC IN BUSINESS DAY, MARKET HOURS AND TOTAL DAY IN NOVEMBER 2025

‘Varney & Co.’ and ‘Kudlow’ Continued to Reign as the Top Two Business Programs for the Seventh Consecutive Month

FBN Secured Six of the Top Ten Business Programs in Total Viewers

NEW YORK – December 5, 2025 – FOX Business Network (FBN) delivered double-digit wins over CNBC in business day, market hours and total day viewers in the month of November, according to Nielsen Media Research. Notably, Varney & Co. and Kudlow continued to reign, securing the top two spots in business programs with viewers for the seventh consecutive month. Additionally, FBN held six of the top ten business programs with viewers. 

FBN captured double-digit advantages in business day and market hours for the seventh consecutive month, securing 18% (223,000 viewers) and 15% (223,000 viewers) leads over CNBC, respectively. In total day, the network posted double-digit wins for the 20th straight month with a 13% lead over CNBC (133,000 viewers).

Varney & Co. (9 AM- 12 PM/ET), FBN’s three-hour market-opener, was the top business program in November, capturing a whopping 35% advantage (284,000 viewers) over CNBC’s Squawk on the Street/Money Movers, the program’s 45th straight monthly win. Larry Kudlow’s eponymous Kudlow (4 PM/ET) followed, ranking as the second most-watched business program with a 45% advantage (260,000 viewers) over CNBC’s Closing Bell, and the program’s 50th consecutive victory.

During pre-market coverage, Maria Bartiromo’s Mornings with Maria (6-9 AM/ET) drew 125,000 viewers, a 12% win over CNBC’s Squawk Box, making it the program’s seventh straight monthly win. Meanwhile, FBN’s The Big Money Show (12-2 PM/ET) saw 202,000 viewers, Making Money with Charles Payne (2 PM/ET) nabbed 191,000 viewers, and The Claman Countdown (3 PM/ET) saw 189,000 viewers. Notably, all of the network’s daytime programming placed among the top ten business programs with viewers.

Throughout post-market coverage, FBN’s The Evening Edit (5 PM/ET; 196,000 viewers) held a 23% advantage compared to CNBC’s Fast Money. The Bottom Line (6 PM/ET) notched 138,000 viewers beating CNBC’s Mad Money, marking the program’s 21st consecutive monthly victory. On Fridays, Maria Bartiromo’s Wall Street (7-7:30 PM) secured a staggering 21% (98,000 viewers) lead over CNBC’s Shark Tank, its 17th straight win. Rounding out the 7 PM/ET hour, FBN’s Barron’s Roundtable (7:30-8PM/ET) saw 77,000 viewers.
