FOX BUSINESS NETWORK DELIVERS GROWTH ACROSS BUSINESS DAY, MARKET HOURS AND TOTAL DAY IN AUGUST

 FBN’s ‘Kudlow’ Surpassed CNBC’s ‘Closing Bell’ For The 59th Consecutive Month With Viewers

 FBN’s ‘The Bottom Line’ Outpaced CNBC’s ‘Mad Money’ For The 30th Consecutive Month With Viewers

NEW YORK – September 2, 2026 – FOX Business Network delivered month-over-month growth across business day, market hours and total day viewers in August, according to Nielsen Media Research Big Data + Panel. FBN’s Kudlow ranked within the top five business programs, surpassing CNBC’s Closing Bell for the 59th consecutive month. Additionally, FBN’s The Bottom Line outpaced CNBC’s Mad Money with total viewers for the 30th consecutive month.

FBN secured a 4% increase during business day for total viewers compared to July 2026, nabbing 217,000 viewers. During market hours, the network posted an increase of 3%, securing 211,000 viewers compared to the prior month. Meanwhile, during total day, the network saw a 2% increase in total viewers with 128,000 viewers compared to July.

Larry Kudlow’s eponymous Kudlow (4PM/ET) recorded its 59th straight month dominating CNBC’s Closing Bell, securing a 24% advantage (264,000 viewers). The show ranked within the top five programs in all of business news. Furthermore, FBN’s The Bottom Line (6PM/ET: 141,000 viewers) outpaced CNBC’s Mad Money with total viewers for the 30th consecutive month. 

Mornings with Maria (6-9AM/ET), delivered 90,000 viewers while Varney & Co. (9AM-12PM/ET) drew 254,000 viewers and ranked within the top five programs in all of business news. Additionally, the afternoon program The Big Money Show (12-2PM/ET) secured 186,000 viewers, while Making Money with Charles Payne (2PM/ET) nabbed 166,000 viewers. Liz Claman’s The Claman Countdown (3PM/ET) averaged 178,000 viewers.

FBN’s post market program The Evening Edit (5PM/ET) secured 183,000 viewers and ranked within the top ten programs in all of business news. On Fridays, Maria Bartiromo’s Wall Street (Fridays, 7-7:30 PM/ET) delivered 85,000 viewers. During the second half of the 7PM/ET hour, Barron’s Roundtable delivered 79,000 viewers.
