“The Five” to Replace Glenn Beck Through Summer FOX News Channel (FNC) will launch a new weekday program on July 11th at 5 PM/ET, announced Bill Shine, Executive Vice President of Programming for the network. Entitled The Five, the program will serve as a replacement for Glenn Beck during the summer.
FOX News has signed CNN’s Ed Henry as Chief White House correspondent, announced Michael Clemente, Senior Vice President of News Editorial for the network. He will be responsible for covering all facets of the White House, including the President’s domestic and international activities.
Special will Pre-Empt Live Glenn Beck FOX News Channel (FNC) will present “Bad Behavior: Political Sex Scandals,” a special hosted by Greta Van Susteren, this Friday, June 10th at 5:00 PM/ET. The special will pre-empt a previously scheduled live Glenn Beck program.
FOX News has launched its free iPad App, which is available at the Apple App Store beginning June 1st, announced Jeff Misenti, Vice President and General Manager of Digital Media. This marks the first tablet app for FOX News, which currently holds Apple’s leading free news app for the iPhone in 2010.
FOX News and The Washington Examiner, in conjunction with the Iowa Republican Party, will present the first Iowa presidential debate on August 11th. The debate will take place at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa and will set the stage for the Iowa Republican Party Ames Straw Poll on August 13th.
